Line Cook/prep

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling appetizers
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
