Overview Castle Mountain Resort is currently seeking a self-motivated individual who is able to take an organizational and customer service role within the snow school. Reporting to the Assistant Snow School Director and Program Supervisor this position is responsible for organizing and assisting with day to day operations, booking lessons and assisting with the coordination of on snow instruction. What We Offer You: Opportunity to work in the beautiful Southern Alberta Rocky Mountains Complimentary Castle Mountain Resort season pass Discounted or complimentary season pass for spouse/dependents $17/hour and up depending on experience and number of years worked at CMR or relative experience Reciprocals to experience other resorts Uniform Discounts around the resort Responsibilities Daily start up procedures and set up Selling and booking lessons and activities in person, on the phone and via email using Paradocs Having a strong knowledge of products and packages Be capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills are required, must be familiar with MS office Cash handling and daily cash outs Have strong organizational skills Have strong attention to detail Be polite, patient, understanding, and have a positive attitude Qualifications High School Education (post-secondary preferred) Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding abilities Work Experience: Experience with MS Excel and Point of Sale Software CASI/CSIA (or international equivalent) considered an asset Have previous Guest Service/Reservations experience (snow school considered an asset) Where We Are: Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees.
