Responsibilities • Engage actively in meetings and online discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams during regular business hours. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation exercises, demos, and community presentations, contributing to the iterative development process. • Mentor team members to cultivate strong technical skills in Azure and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Develop automation code for the creation, configuration, and management of the Province's Landing Zone in Azure, adhering to Infrastructure as Code principles. • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment in Azure, optimizing efficiency and reliability. • Evaluate and recommend new Azure services to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the Province's landing zone. • Conduct thorough code reviews (PR reviews) and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintain best practices. Qualifications Required Skills: To be considered for this opportunity you must: Have proven Leadership skills: • Mentoring other team members and helping with their professional growth • Being an active member Agile Scrum and DevOps teams • Providing constructive and tactful feedback on code reviews • Experience estimating uncertainty and workload Have proven Technical Skills 9within the last 3 years): • minimum two (2) years of demonstrated experience developing automation for the creation, configuration, and management of secure landing zones in Azure, • minimum one (1) year of demonstrated experience with creation, configuration, and management of instances of Azure DevOps applications and developing CI/CD pipelines for application deployment, • minimum two (2) years of demonstrated experience using Git with open source projects; • minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a core team member using Agile methodology; and • Strong knowledge and experience of Azure Active Directory and Infrastructure as Code including at least one of Terraform, Bicep, Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
