Au sein de l'équipe de graphisme, vous serez responsable de l'élaboration de concepts, de la production, de la conception d'emballages et du développement de tous les aspects de la production d'œuvres d'art pour les brochures, la publicité, les catalogues, les emballages et les applications web. Création et gestion de projets de conception graphique, selon les instructions du responsable graphique et/ou du responsable marketing ou de leurs délégués; Travailler simultanément sur plusieurs projets en fonction de l'évolution des besoins; Créer des actifs visuels, y compris du matériel de marketing, des emballages, des graphiques Web, des infographies, des courriels; Travailler avec l'équipe marketing pour aider au développement de la marque, à la cohérence de la marque, au rafraîchissement de la marque; Assurer la direction artistique et donner vie aux concepts par le développement d'un concept, d'un plan et d'une exécution de conception afin de fournir un contenu de haute qualité et innovant; Responsable de la préparation de la maquette finale pour l'impression.   La petite liste des indispensables  : Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la conception graphique et la production prépresse; Capable de s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et entrepreneurial; Compétences avérées avec un flair créatif dans l'exécution de publicités, de matériel promotionnel et de matériel de vente; Maîtrise des logiciels Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Maîtrise de Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word et Excel avec des compétences avancées en Adobe Suites; Maîtrise des environnements CSS3, HTML, PC et MAC; Capacité de retouche photographique; Capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés; Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire; Compétences efficaces en matière de communication et de présentation écrites et verbales, y compris la capacité à transmettre efficacement des informations à un large éventail de publics internes et externes. As part of the Graphic Design team, you will be responsible for concept development, production, packaging design and the development of all aspects of producing artworks for brochures, advertising, catalogues, packaging and web applications. Create and manage graphic design projects as assigned by Graphics Manager and/or Marketing Manager or their delegates; Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on changing needs; Create visual assets including marketing materials, packaging, web graphics, infographics, and emails; Work with the marketing team to assist in brand development, consistency, and refresh; Provide artistic direction and bring concepts to life through the development of a design concept, plan and execution to deliver high quality and innovative content; Prepare final artwork to print. A short list of essentials : College degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of experience in graphic design and pre-press production; Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; Proven skill with a creative flair in advertising executions, promotional materials and selling materials; Expertise in Adobe illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel with advanced Adobe Suites skills; Proficiency in CSS3, HTML, PC and MAC environment; Photography editing capability; Ability to work under tight timelines; English proficiency mandatory. Bilingual French/English a strong asset; Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
