What you will be doing?

  • Provide End User Support in the Area of Level 1 and Level 2 for User Hardware and User Software, do Trouble-Shooting, Track User Access Requests 2.
  • Monitor Network and Application Performance, maintain Server and System Logs
  • Track Software and Hardware Allocation and connected Applications Licensing, Do User Provisioning/Deprovisioning
  • Doing Maintenance on Network, Server and Application Structures, including Patchmanagement
  • Fulfill Project Work in IT-Projects according to the LPA GLobal IT Frameworks
  • Maintain overall IT Documentations
  • Fulfill Problemmanagement, for transferred Incidents, aligned with internal and external Service Providers
  • Follow up the given Frameworks and secure the LPA IT Structures against Cyber Attacks aligned with the LPA IT Leadership Team and Corporate IT to maintain the Confidentiality,Integrity and Availability for all handled Informatton

We're looking for someone with :

  • Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Technology
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in IT Procurement
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
  • Computer literate with advanced Excel and MS Access skills/abilities
  • Effectively communicate and report information to senior IT management/leadership
