Purpose of the Role: As a Product Development Manager, Active Material Scale-Up (PDM), you will understand the technology within Active Material Process Development in order to meet task and timeline on various projects. You will work with suppliers/ operation team/ and infrastructure on scale-up solutions and ensures project information and milestones are communicated to the production team and other stakeholders to allow an efficient implementation of the scale-up strategy. You will collaborate with project management from all Svante departments (operation, Engineering, production, R&D, business development, etc.) in order to provide full integration with the enterprise master schedule and to share the corporate project management tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: You have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, and additional courses or certification in project management.You have - years' experience in Project Management.You have experience in industrial engineering or related technical field.You have thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods You have working knowledge of program/project management software (ex. Microsoft Project) and other Microsoft Office tools.You have intermediate leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks and encourage team collaboration towards meeting project goals. What Success looks like in this role: You will utilize technical knowledge to understand Active Material Process Development objectives and drive multiple projects in order to meet success measures of the department.You will work with suppliers and service providers on scale-up solutions and projects.You will ensure coordination and requirement resources, including equipment installation and utilities.You will manage project activities, milestones, reports, and presentations. You will coordinate start-up and commissioning activities on all new equipment, including IT and technical experts, to optimize the efficiency and agility of Svante’s Process Development team. You will apply change, risk, and resource management, including identifying potential issues and supplementary resource requirement at early stage.  Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Svante is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
