Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for production support and project support on Advanced Metering Systems (smart meters, Itron smart metering software) - , Initially a 12-months contract. Hybrid working model in Burnaby. Since this is a production support role, the work may include after-hours and call out support responsibilities.Must Have:5+ years working as a Business Analyst Experience with Advance Metering infrastructure (AMI)Experience working in large IT projects in a complex enterprise environment Nice to Have:Experience with ITIL best practices and software development lifecycleAble to manage, monitor and control projects, progress and costsFacilitate incident resolution and/or technical designs and/or implementation of AMS system hotfixes and upgrades by providing business context and articulating business needsBusiness case development
