Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator at Seed & Stone, responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of all campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, creation and scheduling of upcoming marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Initiate development and creation of new content for marketing initiatives, through various mediums, that communicate the company’s vision, value, and products to customers
  • Develop, lead, and support go-to-market strategies for major launches
  • Updating and taking ownership of website and ensuring it is up to date and user friendly for consumers
  • Working with the team to add insightful suggestions for campaigns and initiatives to grow the brands in store and online
  • Analyze and track marketing metrics, campaigns, and identify new opportunities to boost brand awareness
  • Develop and execute brand loyalty initiatives
  • Organize events, trade shows, and community in-person/virtual activities
  • Collaborate with vendors and licensed producers for events
  • Managing the digital social presence by creating content ideas, overseeing social posting calendars, and platforms
  • Provide insight on graphic design functions
  • Overseeing public relations for the brand
  • Coordinating internal tasks and workflow for all team members

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred
  • Advanced understanding of social media, digital marketing, and website analytics
  • Advanced experience guiding and collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies geared towards specific audience segments
  • Demonstrated creative thinking, problem solving and ability in innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to link strategies with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Superior writing skills and strong editing skills coupled with outstanding presentation skills, coordination of major communications documents
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands on
  • Strong communications skills and organizational awareness
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with supervising a team
