The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Application Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in engineering, first principles analysis, and a track record of successfully delivering on project deliverables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating technical tasks, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time (and within budget).

What you will be doing:

- Lead project teams and coordinate technical tasks to ensure successful project execution

- Participate and support customer meetings/discussions

- Apply first principles analysis to identify root causes of problems and develop innovative solutions

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

- Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other team members

- Continuously improve project management processes and tools

Qualifications:

- Strong background in first principles analysis and problem solving

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

- Excel in a customer-facing environment, where you have experience bridging the communication gaps and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success

- Experience in attending customer meetings to present technical reports and discussions, and are comfortable working with customers in various time zones

- Excellent communication skill in conveying technical findings to someone with basic technical knowledge

- A strong sense of work ethic, you understand what it takes to get the job done

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field
