QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceA level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration and three (3) years experience in asset management, preferably in a complex organization or healthcare setting.Skills And AbilitiesKnowledge of enterprise asset management systems (e.g., Arch bus) and their application in managing diverse assets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective asset management strategies and plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to facilitate discussions and coordinate activities with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.Knowledge of capital equipment planning and lifecycle management principles.Familiarity with maintenance practices, asset utilization, and replacement planning.Experience in developing and implementing training programs related to asset management is desirable.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate data records.Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
