What they offer:- Salary from $75K to $89K upon experience + 15% bonus- RRSP contribution of 10% by employer without employee having to put anything in after 1 year- Good benefit plan with no employee contribution 100% paid- Annual increase and performance evaluation - Cell phone, company car provided with gas maintenance everything covered - Free parking on site- Onsite position only, no hybrid work possibleYour profile:- Fluently bilingual to communicate with clients across Canada- 5 years of experience in sales within the North American or global food services industry with expertise in retail, wholesale, and food services, and a focus on international supply and distribution- Must possess a comprehensive understanding of retail, wholesale, and food services business operations, including budgeting, sales strategy development, and execution- Capable of contributing to the creation of promotional campaigns across various media platforms- Familiarity with selling premium grass-fed protein is advantageous- Demonstrated proficiency in sales planning and execution, with strong commercial insight and the ability to analyze key factors, identify opportunities, and convert strategic relationships into business value- Proficient in contract negotiation, quota setting, and revenue management- Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the V.P. Sales Canada to support the achievement of annual and strategic business objectivesYour role:- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Marketing teams to craft comprehensive annual sales plans aligned with strategic sales and marketing strategies- Develop customized retail and wholesale sales business plans and budgets tailored to individual customers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and statutory requirements- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of promotional and sales communications materials to support company initiatives- Coordinate with Procurement team to review and confirm monthly and seasonal inventory orders, ensuring alignment with sales plans and customer demand shifts- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution channels to secure strategic supply contracts and drive sustainable business growth- Identify and pursue new customer and distribution opportunities to expand market presence and drive profitability, maintaining regular contact with industry peers- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to safeguard company interests and capitalize on emerging opportunities- Collaborate with Logistics and Transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and manage inventory levels effectivelyPlease send your resume in Word format to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at .
