Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. The Senior Manager, IT Business Operations is a full-time position based in Canada East. Responsibilities: Act as a Project Manager and Business Analyst to coordinate all team members on a IT (Information Technology) system design project.Collect and analyze user requirements for this IT project.Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather lead change management implementation.What you will bring:Technical and Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT system design and reporting.Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Experience in working as a liaison between IT development teams and client​​.Strong ability to collect and analyze user requirements for software solutions.Proficiency in reading and understanding existing procedures and workflows.Expertise in creating detailed process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visi​​o.Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple users and stakeholders.Ability to work closely with clients to gather and analyze their requirement​​.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts.Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely for technical teamsProficiency in using tools for documenting requirements and creating diagrams.Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.Knowledge of project management principles and practices.Experience in quality assurance and user acceptance for IT testing. Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in business analysis, project management, or a related field is a plus.
