Education: Expérience: Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Tasks Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Perform data entry Provide customer service Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Durée de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais Heures de travail: 30 to 35 hours per week
