Function: Engineering and Engineering Services Job Summary: You will report directly to the Rotating Equipment and Reliability Supervisor on-site to provide onsite reliability engineering expertise. You will enhance safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly operations by collaborating with other engineering disciplines, operations, maintenance, and EHS to ensure solutions meet our goals. Job Description: You will report directly to the Rotating Equipment and Reliability Supervisor on-site to provide onsite reliability engineering expertise. You will enhance safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly operations by collaborating with other engineering disciplines, operations, maintenance, and EHS to ensure solutions meet our goals. You Will: - Support the Maintenance team on repair planning for critical equipment failures - Interpret reliability data and guide failure mitigation/reliability improvement plans - Conduct root cause failure analysis on major equipment failures and manage improvement action items - Develop and implement new maintenance procedures and monitor the effectiveness of maintenance activities. - Perform equipment criticality analysis and ensure adequate spare parts for all critical assets - Lead preventative/predictive/condition-based monitoring program for critical assets - Support capital projects to ensure proper equipment selection and installation - Complete projects related to equipment or process changes for improved asset reliability - Collaborate with other departments to ensure reliability is integrated into our organization. - Support Turnaround activities. - Lead Management of Change for changes related to Reliability or Maintenance improvements. - Support and participate in all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and activities; Promote EH&S; programs and ensure compliance within the Mechanical Engineering group to strive towards a zero-incident worksite - Demonstrates leadership visibility, ensuring actions continually reinforce continuous improvement in EHS performance. You Have: - BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical) - 3 years minimum experience within a chemical manufacturing, refining, or oil and gas industry. - Experience in reliability-centered maintenance, failure analysis, and root cause investigations. - Willingness to work alternative schedules on a short-term basis - CF Industries is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
