DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Manage office to ensure the company meets profitability goals while providing an exceptional experience to all clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project tracking, inventory
  • Develop and maintain sales information in conjunction with the Sales Team to meet milestones and completion dates.
  • Provide clear direction to team members to ensure targets are achieved
  • Facilitate Weekly Team Huddles, proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects related to streamlining efficiency.
  • Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings.
  • Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working in the construction environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or Business diploma
  • Experience with construction management software tools and current technology.

Salary : $22.00-$29.00 per hour
