Our innovative and reputable client is looking to add a Manager of Administration and Human Resources who will be tasked with the responsibility of overseeing administrative corporate services and human resources functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the CEO, this position is a combination of overseeing operations and human resources to improve efficiencies and ensure cost savings.Responsibilities:-Work with leadership team regarding strategic HR planning (workforce planning, succession planning, retention, employee relations)-Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations-Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface-Identify opportunities for learning, development and training of staff-Oversee hiring processes, from recruiting to onboarding-Oversee the benefits functions, ensuring all employees are informed and benefits are administered correctly-Communicate with various stakeholders and Board of Directors throughout the organization-Maintain and update SharePoint
