Office Clerk - Amico Corporation Richmond Hill, ON

Amico, a manufacturer of hospital equipment, is looking for Office Clerk to join the team.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Provide Reception backup
  • Help manage couriers and mail distribution
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
  • Organize and file company documents
  • Organize and maintain office common areas
  • Create expense or other reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications :

  • Quick learner who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to follow instructions provided by Managers or other senior members of staff

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
