Online Merchandiser

Manage online onboarding of products to third party e-commerce sites

• Ensure all categories are marketed and sequenced appropriately with the most relevant products at the top of the list and based on newsletter launches and website updates;
• Improve customer online shopping experience incorporating the results of the following activities and analytics: 1) analytics to understand customer behavior and tailor the online experience to maximize conversion rates; 2) historical product performance to develop merchandise assortment recommendations; 3) based on stock levels, recommendations on commodities requiring additional promotional offers to increase sales;
• Obtain and maintain all merchandise on the Websites through daily merchandising efforts;
• Obtain information on products and their characteristics from the buying team and ensure that this information is in line with marketing and e-commerce calendars;
• Select all content images and products to feature on the website;
• Monitor and track product performance as well as inventory, and contact managers for any opportunities;
• Monitor site search results, update the search dictionary to ensure the most accurate search results;
• Analyze results weekly and produce weekly reports on business performance (best sellers, categories, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a university degree in Marketing, e-commerce or any other equivalent training;
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
• Knowledge of web marketing, SEO and e-commerce;
• Ms-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency;
• Bilingualism required, oral and written (French and English).
• Have a sense of autonomy and prioritization;
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time;
• Have a good sense of responsibility, planning and work organization;
• Analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Demonstrate writing skills.

Salary : $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
