ITN Food Corporation, a well-established manufacturing and distribution company with a rich history spanning 25+ years, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an independent and family-run organization, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality products to diverse markets across Canada, including South Asian, Chinese, West Indian, Arab, and mainstream accounts like Walmart and Metro Inc.

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our logistics and operations team. The Operations Coordinator will oversee the efficient handling of orders, invoicing, and delivery logistics through our ERP system. This role involves coordinating closely with our sales team, managing daily deliveries, and ensuring seamless operations in our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage order entries, amend as necessary, and generate invoices using ERP systems such as SAGE300, Simply Accounting, ACCPAC etc.
  • Coordinate daily deliveries and schedule drivers to ensure timely distribution.
  • Schedule and dispatch orders via various carriers, optimizing routes and delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with sales staff and management to coordinate order fulfillment and logistics.
  • Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks, ensuring document control, and managing correspondence with customers.
  • Merchandise and maintain our retail office area to uphold our brand standards.
  • Additional duties as required to support operational needs.

Requirements :

  • Organized and methodical approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with order entry and invoicing systems using ERP software.

Pay: $40,000.00-$41,184.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
