Akkodis is seeking an Organizational Change Management professional for a contract position with a client located in Victoria, BC. Ideally looking for a resource with experience in proven experience in Organizational Change Management and Training, in particular in similar large organizations.Management Consultant - OCM, Communications, and Training Lead - Victoria, BC(Remote / Should be available as required basis)Duration: 1 Years Contract with possible extension Working Hours: 7 hrs per dayHybrid setting - successful proponent will need to travel to Victoria 2-3 times per monthJob DescriptionOur Client is currently seeking a Management Consultant Level 2 to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM), Communications, and Training for the Integrated Project Services (IPS) initiative. The consultant will be a key player in ensuring the successful implementation of this system, navigating complex organizational changes and training key stakeholders for smooth adoption.Key Responsibilities:• Lead OCM activities, including change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and risk mitigation.• Create and implement training programs for end-users, including formal and informal learning sessions and coaching.• Develop and execute communications strategies to engage stakeholders and minimize resistance.• Collaborate with various departments to understand organizational needs and align the IPS implementation with business processes.• Ensure smooth technology implementation, focusing on alignment with the business goals of the Ministry.Required Skills and Qualifications:• Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build consensus across public sector organizations (3+ years).• Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing organizational change strategies, managing resistance, and creating transition plans (3+ years).• Training Development: Expertise in designing and delivering training programs, including sponsor roadmaps and coaching plans (3+ years).• Communications Expertise: Proven ability to create communication strategies that engage stakeholders and minimize resistance (3+ years).• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with various stakeholders to understand goals, benefits, and risks associated with organizational changes (3+ years).• Business Process Integration: Ability to integrate service outcomes across different organizations into cohesive service delivery models (3+ years).• Technology Implementation: Experience in leading the implementation of technology solutions, particularly cloud-based systems, aligned with business processes (3+ years).• Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks, especially those related to people and organizational readiness (3+ years).• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques like cost-benefit analysis, business case development, and investment portfolio analysis (3+ years).
