Senior Project Manager

Day to Day:Our client is kicking off cloud onboarding project with implementation of Azure Landing Zone. This project will complete following tasks:Define Operating Model (Cloud Governance, CCoE, FinOps Design, Resource Plan,)Organization Culture Change (Cloud mindset, Process changes, Change management, ITIL Version 4)Resource OnboardingPIA/STRA completionMap roles and skills (Cloud Operations, Cloud Governance, Cloud Security, Cloud automation and DevOps)Direct Stake Holder engagement with various departments throughout Island Health.Coordinating Landing Zone Design and implementationCoordinate Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval.Build upskilling plan (Establish teams, identify gaps, Create individual training plan)Lead Application Assessment (Application roadmaps, Azure migrate assessment)Lead Tooling AcquisitionCCoE formationCloud Governance implementationCoordinate DevOps pipeline implementationFinOps ImplementationMonitor and Surveillance ImplementationPost Implementation Testing and validationPost Implementation project closure documentation Must Haves:Experience in Complex Cloud ImplementationsPrevious Health Care experience,Strong stakeholder engagement experience,Infrastructure project experience,Knowledge of cloud is preferred,responsible for running the Cloud onboarding project from start to finish.Deliverables are including but not limited to detailed project plan in MS Project, Resource plan, communication plan, org change plan, Cloud Governance framework, Upskilling plan, PIA/STRA completion (Dates to be confirmed)
