Milo's Pastry is looking for an EXPERIENCED pastry chef to join our team full time! If you have experience specifically with buttercream and fondant this is the job for you. We are centrally located in Ottawa’s popular Trainyards shopping district. We offer a unique combination of Arabic, French and modern pastries and cakes.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Filling the fridges with every day items such as, cakes, cake pieces, pastries, etc.
- Assisting with customized cake details (buttercream and fondant)
- Creating pastries and baked goods by following a set recipe.
- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.
Salary : $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience :
- Baking: 1 year (preferred)
