Parts Advisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of automotive repair.

Duties :

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs
• Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed
• Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure a clean and efficient work environment
• Assist with pricing parts and updating product information in the system

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and inventory management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in order fulfillment and inventory management is preferred
• Cash handling experience is beneficial

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
