Responsibilities • Work closely with project teams to help lead the change management work stream, including: • Training • Identifying end users and core functionality/uses of projects • Evaluate extent of change from current business process • Collaborate with training team to generate training plans, resources and assist with any training deliverables • Communication • Deliver ongoing communications with sponsorship, project team, subject matter experts and end users through life of projects • Solicit employee feedback via surveys, meetings, emails, etc. • Prepare change management strategies to maximize efficiency of project teams • Consult with members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance • Manage relationships and provide feedback to project team in order to monitor and assess the impact of change on employees.  • Manage invested parties and executive sponsors expectations • Manage change management issues and escalate to senior management where necessary • Create and manage change management documentation including, but not limited to, risk and readiness assessments Qualifications • Minimum 3-5 years of successfully executing change management as a Change Management Specialist or Practitioner or equivalent • A recognized degree or certificate in Change Management • Experience in creating change management plans, risk assessments, communication planning, tracking and management of change management progress, tracking issues, and managing training.    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.     • Deals comfortably with senior management and can present and converse with people in positions of authority.   • Good judgment and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of action.   • Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.   • Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors.  • Must have an adaptable change management style to overcome unexpected challenges during the project.   • Must be able to manage conflicts amongst the team and maintain a harmonious work environment.  Summary Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of change in the utilities sector!
