Project Manager - Hybrid

As an IT Project Manager within the CDO PMO, you will provide high impact leadership on strategic, digital transformation, application development and Infrastructure, security and risk projects and programs. You will be responsible for the execution of project and program management activities (including, building the project plan, project governance structure, analysis of deliverables, cross-organization engagement of stakeholders, and delivery of work-streams including requirement capture, design, custom solution development, and deployment), Risk Mitigation, Change Control, Communication and Financial tracking on assigned projects and programs. Advantages Waterloo, Richmond Hill – 3 days/week in office--------------------------------- Responsibilities -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications PMP, Project Management, detail oriented, organized. Monitoring day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Managing schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon. Monitoring project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance. Managing stakeholder’s expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback. Scoping project deliverables by ensuring that all areas of IT are considered in project scope (i.e. Security, Privacy, Data) Driving and following project management discipline and best practices, communicate effectively, and provide leadership to project teams with integrity and commitment.
