We are seeking an Inside Sales/ Customer Service/ Shipper/Receiver to join our team! You will answer customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Shipping and receiving (a small portion of the job)
- Helping out with deliveries for customers (must have own vehicle)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a Bonus but not required
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong customer service skills
