AR Collections Specailist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s team. This role will focus primarily on collections and vendor management, with a strong emphasis on following up with past due accounts. Additionally, responsibilities will include tasks related to accounts payable. If you have a proven track record in AR and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you! Maintain customer accounts within agreed-upon terms, ensuring compliance and minimizing overdue balances. Prepare and distribute account statements to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile customer accounts as necessary, addressing discrepancies and ensuring proper account management. Accurately post payments received via checks, credit cards, or EFT to customer accounts. Occasionally handle client refunds, ensuring prompt and accurate processing. Perform bank runs as needed to support the finance team. Assist with accounts payable tasks as required. If you have a proven track record in accounts receivable and accounts payable, along with a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you! Qualifications -5+ years’ experience in accounts receivable collections. -Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolution and client satisfaction. -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
