Join the team that’s changing lives!We’re seeking a full-time, permanent Retail Operations Manager to support our growing team! This role will be positioned in Mainland British Columbia (ideally Vancouver or surrounding areas), as a remote-hybrid opportunity, with frequent travel to our hearing centres across the province.Compensation: $60,000 - $67,000 CAD / year (base salary) + bonus entitlement + car allowance What it’s all about:Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, the Retail Operations Manager will support the day-to-day sales and operations of our new and established hearing centres. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and methodical approach, be an excellent judge of character, and demonstrate the confidence to act decisively in the day-to-day elements of the role. The organized, meticulous operational leader will be responsible for the overall performance and growth in the area.What’s in it for you? This includes, but is not limited to, schedule management, patient recall process, patient database and files, etc.Provide operations support for clinical and company-wide initiatives such as new product launches, toolkit additions, pricing updates, customer events, and more!Understand industry changes and implications to centre operationsProvide regular updates on key performance indicator (KPI) trends and results of initiatives/projectsDocument centre needs and risk analysis to support project management in executing successful clinic relocations, buildouts and closuresSupport successful integrations for acquisitions, as requiredMaintain constant communication with centre staff and managers to understand opportunitiesWhat we are looking for:3+ years of proven success in a retail operations role 2+ years of experience providing operational leadership, training, coaching, and development, ideally to multi-site teams Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers and other stakeholders, including successful guidance with change managementSuperior oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers, etc.)Keen attention-to-detail for time management and organization skillsAbility to interpret financial statements, operations reports, retail KPIs, etc.Willingness to travel frequently within BC and occasionally throughout Canada as requiredHearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
