We're searching for a Pharmacy Team Member to join our dynamic team at St. Laurent Pharmacy I.D.A in Ottawa, Ontario. As a Pharmacy Team Member, you'll be an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services to our valued patients.

Responsibilities :

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients and and bill third party insurer.
• Prepare medication orders by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals
• Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
• Perform data entry tasks to update patient records and prescription information
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
• Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures

Skills :

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and Data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and track medication orders
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Effective communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug classifications, and dosage forms.

Language : French & English are required

Filware software knowledge considered as a strong asset.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
