To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Product Support Representative.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Represent Elmer’s with positivity, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Interact w/dealers & customers to support Elmer’s product.
- Document & process warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of all service, repair, and other work.
- In house product inspections (as needed)
- Basic functionality in the Parts Dept (sales order creation, parts picking & shipping)
- Regular rotation in the Product Support weekend on call calendar
- Weekday evening Support calls (Mon-Thur)
We’re Looking For :
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in the agricultural industry
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer experience (MS Office)
- Work well independently
- Class 5 license, ability to travel into the US
