Process and Quality Lead (6 Month Contract)

We hope you will become apart of it!As the Process and Quality Lead, you will:· Report to the Vice President of Operations · Quality Management: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing environment to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.· Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvement strategies to streamline manufacturing operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity while maintaining or improving product quality. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).· Quality Assurance Standards: Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry regulations and company objectives.· Team Leadership: Fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement in order to achieve targeted Objectives Key Results (OKRs).· Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and drive initiatives to prevent reoccurrence.· Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials/components, and implement processes to monitor and improve supplier performance.· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, procedures, and results. Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management. Analysis of critical customer feedback.· Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and facilitate necessary adjustments in manufacturing processes.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related field, advanced degree preferred.· 5+ years related Quality experience in a lead role.· 5+ years experience in NetSuite.· Proven experience in manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance, process improvement, and leadership roles.· Strong understanding of quality management systems (Lean Six Sigma (LSS), 8020 etc.).· Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for process optimization and quality control.· Excellent Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.· Ability to drive change, inspire a culture of continuous improvement, and implement best practices.· Experience with implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.· Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and its application in manufacturing environments.· Understands how to take negative customer feedback and turn it into positive change.· Strong organizational skills.· Understands how to communicate in depth technical information to non-technical people effectively.· Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.Your Life and Career at ATS:ATS is dynamic, industrious, innovative and collaborative.
