Working Title: Production Chef Employment Status: Full-Time Benefits: Available after probationary waiting period Requirements: - Production Chef experience - Criminal Record Check - Pass a Drug & Alcohol test Starting Hourly Rate: 26.00 Address: 2 Sawmill Rd, Dubreuilville ON P0S 1B0 New Hire Schedule: 11hr/Day, Rotation: 20 Days On/10 Days Off Start Date: As soon as possible Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Production Chefs, we’d ask you to do the following for us: - Coordinate and prepare a large volume of meals daily following several different menus and concepts - Ensure appropriate portions and presentation - Plan production, delegate tasks and manage kitchen staff - Control and recycle surplus production - Assist with assessment of food requirements according to the menu and inventory, ordering the necessary commodities according to operational standards - Complete production sheets and/or register - Control the quality of commodities as soon as they arrive and rotate the stock - Place orders - Adhere to the budget - Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety standards - Assist with service provision as needed Think you have what it takes to be our next Production Chef?
