Will be responsible to ensure technical issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner such as to respect the development program schedule. Collaborate with the cross-functional IPDT WP teams and the Suppliers, identifying and coordinating technical priorities, Responsible for ensuring Bombardier Engineering Processes and Procedures (BES) are followed by Bombardier and Suppliers through the Design Development Phases Responsible for the planning, integration, and execution of major Suppliers’ work scope Coordinate with Suppliers to facilitate timely completion of deliverables, problem resolution and risk mitigation. As our ideal candidate You hold a University Bachelor Degree in Avionics, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, and have at least 15 years’ experience in aerospace related field. You possess excellent knowledge of Product Development especially in an aircraft engineering and manufacturing environment. You have a good understanding of all facets of systems/structures definition, integration, safety, and certification processes. You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. You have a good knowledge of Part 25 certification process. You have good oral presentation and technical writing skills in English is required (French is an asset). You have Avionics development experience (is an asset). You possess the following soft skills: You have the ability to work with limited supervision, be organized, a team player, a self-motivated person, Customer focused, and able to work under pressure. You must also show initiative, innovation, leadership, a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, adaptability, have good interpersonal communication skills, have a good engineering judgement, and drive for results.
