Kelly Services is currently recruiting for  a Direct Hire Perm role for a client in Ayr, Ontario. Title: Inside Sales Onsite Monday to Friday Salary: $55,000 annually Location: Ayr, Ontario Skills/Experience: 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingualism French/English an asset) Un-yielding commitment to customer service Team approach to achieving high performance Self-management with the drive to succeed and achieve goals Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Recognition and ability to effect change and contribute to the organization's goals Computer proficiency and organizational skills Energetic and positive with a willingness to grow skillset   Education: High School Diploma, required College diploma or University degree preferred   As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
