The Opportunity:  We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technologist, specializing in the inspection and design of electrical systems, to join our dynamic team. Our projects encompass new construction, renewals, energy consulting, and one-off inspections across mechanical, electrical, envelope, and civil work. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed electrical system inspections and produce comprehensive electrical planning reports, with a focus on future needs like HVAC upgrades and EV charging infrastructure. Perform calculations, inspections, and assessments of existing electrical systems. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to prepare Energy Audits and Depreciation Reports. Design and layout electrical systems with an emphasis on practical, code-compliant solutions. Estimate costs for electrical upgrades in multi-family complexes.  Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technologists to deliver tailored solutions for buildings.  Qualifications: Technical degree/diploma in a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in electrical CEC and NEC code, with experience in EV charging station design highly valued. Expertise in AutoCAD, AutoPlant, and other relevant software, with an emphasis on electrical system design. Experience in designing medium voltage systems and proficiency in creating detailed electrical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Willingness to travel occasionally for site inspections and assessments. ASET/ASTTBC registration is a plus. If this role excites you, we want to hear from you!
