Your new role:

As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role within the team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Property Manager by implementing SOPs, managing databases, handling tenant relations and correspondence, creating welcome packages, addressing service requests, coordinating preventative maintenance, overseeing the on-call program, setting up new utilities, organizing tenant appreciation events, and managing insurance information for both tenants and vendors.

What you need to succeed:

The ideal candidate for a commercial property management role should have a genuine interest in the field, working knowledge of building maintenance and construction, familiarity with commercial lease agreements (especially using systems like Yardi and Angus), at least three years of experience in a commercial property management support role, strong multitasking and prioritization skills, professional communication abilities, organizational skills, and fluency in common business technology software. Relevant industry education or certification is also considered an asset, along with an interest in ongoing professional development in property management or related fields.
