Quality Hydrovac Truck Performance Tester

The Quality Hydrovac Performance Tester position is a critical position within our Quality Assurance Team located at our Stettler, AB facility. The Quality Hydrovac Performance Tester position is responsible for ensuring Foremost quality and procedures are followed, ensure material identification and adhere to Foremost safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure the completed hydrovac trucks meet Foremost performance requirements.
• Perform operation and direct inspection of truck systems following our Foremost performance quality checklist.
• Document Non-Conformances, communicate disposition and assist in the corrective action process.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive records and reports as required.
• Interact with all levels of manufacturing personnel.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge and precious experience in a quality role would be an asset.
• Previous experience in the Hydrovac Industry is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude is a strong asset.
• Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
• Extremely detail-orientated and analytical thinker
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
• Strong people skills and conflict resolution
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
