The Opportunity

Safety-Kleen in Breslau, ON is looking for a Refinery Operations Supervisor to join their safety conscious team! The Facility Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. Position includes supervision of multiple plant employees and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Supervises multiple Plant Foremen/Employees and plant operations
  • Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures, holds employee’s accountable.
  • Works under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager or equivalent.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Reviews all applicable SOP’s annually and scores satisfactorily on quizzes.
  • Understands and drives Clean Compliance Standard.
  • Accountable for progression and training of Operators.
  • Performs Other Duties as Required

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?

  • 3-5 Years of Plant Operations Experience;
  • 1-2 Years of Plant Supervision Experience;
  • Dot Training preferred;
  • Forklift Certification preferred.

Pay: $43.00-$48.00 per hour
