Outline of the Role
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily warehousing
- Lead, co-ordinate, schedule and possibly review activities of workers
- Review and maintain appropriate inventory and stock levels
- Maximize shipping efficiencies
- Work closely with other departments such as, Quality, Shipping, Maintenance, and the Operations teams
Skills and Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a production leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of GMP, Food safety and Quality standards.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office & Excel and SAP systems
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
