Qualifications:
- Applicants must be in good standing and registered with the CMTO (aestheticians need not apply.)
- Poised, confident and an excellent communicator.
- A passion for helping people improve their quality of life, and a belief in collaborative patient-centered care.
Salary:
Based on a competitive hourly rate per treatment or a set hourly rate (employee status), RMT's have vast potential to increase earning capabilities through our income tier system and/or employee wage structure. As a sub-contractor, pending on the RMT's individual experience and skill, rates per 60minute treatment range from $62.97 to $81.47. As an employee, hourly rates start at $58.00/hour, and increase pending RMT's individual experience.
