Mobile Security SupervisorGuardteck Security is looking for a friendly, outgoing and experienced  Full Time Mobile Security Supervisor in Victoria, BC. Our Mobile, Loss Prevention and Static Team provides 24-hour customized security services to a wide range of clients and facilities across Victoria. Successful candidates will demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain self-control and make quick decisions during emergency situations.Shift:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 1900-0700Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 1900-0700Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $22.00/hrWhat you will be doing: Assist with all security operationsEnsure tasks are completed in an efficient mannerEnsure accurate and timely reportingCommunicate with the operations managerExercise good judgment and make decisions that benefit the customer and the propertyBecome part of the team and make yourself a key part of the customer’s successSkills and Qualifications that you need to have: Valid BC security licenseValid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract1 year or more experience in mobile securityProficient in the English language (verbal & written)Top-notch customer service, with previous experience, considered a strong assetProfessional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical mannerMust be able to follow procedures and set routines effectivelyStrong observation and communication skillsGuardteck is a BC owned and operated security firm providing professional security services throughout Western Canada.
