We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Our Maple Ridge branch is located in Westridge Centre, this location has been servicing the area since 1989. As a long-time member of the community, we are proud to service Maple Ridge with their auto, home and travel insurance needs. The Responsibilities First things first, you’ll provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships. We work as a team so, you’ll assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and everything in between You’ll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understanding You’ll set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production You’ll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds We want you to grow too! You’ll be continuing your professional development in order to further enhance your skills and abilities At the end of the day, we represent HUB.
