Our client , a Real Estate Group located in Ville Mont- Royal that owns and operates multiple residential, condo, retail, commercial, office and industrial properties in Montreal is currently looking for a Commercial Lease Coordinator to join their vibrant and dynamic team ! This is what the day will look like : The Commercial Real Estate Lease Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process for commercial properties, including negotiation, documentation, and tenant relations. Benefits : Permanent position Location: Town of Mont-Royal Salary :70-80k plus annual bonus according to the company 's performance 100 % in the office Benefits after 3 months 37.5 hrs/week from Monday to Friday 8h30 to 5 pm 3 weeks vacation Plus vacay during Christmas and New Year's Beautiful and dynamic team Parking available Responsibilities: -Manage and maintain lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Keep accurate records of all leasing activities and documents. -Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants : negotiating the leases terms and conditions -Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and demand. Use this information to save cost and strategize . Coordinate property viewings for potential tenants Manage the lease renewal process, including negotiating terms and preparing renewal documents. Assist in preparing financial reports related to leasing activities, such as revenue projections and occupancy rates. Ensure that all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Qualifications: -Bilingualism, both oral and written -Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field (asset ) -Previous experience in commercial real estate leasing or property management. - Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and real estate law. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
