Transport Coordinator
Job Duties to include:
- Coordinating and overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and modular units daily.
- Maintaining all permits with drivers and follow all regulations with the Ministry of Transportation.
- Handle team of drivers located with in BC (lower mainland and Kamloops area).
- Communicate with and manage customers.
- Some familiarity with operational aspects of trucking industry.
- Responsible for Complyworks and NSC.
- Maintaining Driver Certifications.
- Maintain an up-to-date record (abstract) on each driver.
- Track drivers’ statistics thru Samsara Electronic Logs.
- Comply with all Employment and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
