Here's how your role will strengthen our team. This position is a great opportunity for those with a background in electrical construction.Your responsibilities Produce installation drawings for field teams to allow for efficient install of electrical systems on a projectInterpret construction drawings including electrical, architectural, mechanical and structuralWork in an office environment and utilize computer programs to efficiently produce the installation drawings Your experiences and skills Must be a 3rd or 4th year apprentice or journey electrician with red seal ticketMust have a minimum 4-5 years of field experience with: Conduit Bending & RackingWire InstallationDistribution installation is an asset High attention to detailPositive attitudeWilling to learn or re-learn methods of planningGood communication skillsPassionate about research & fine detailing within the planning scopeAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsAdaptable, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environmentShould enjoy working with computers and be literate with OutlookBluebeamAutoCADFile Navigation Solid understanding of the CEC About HouleAs BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
