Billzee’s Kitchen is a new family styled restaurant opening in mid-February in the downtown core of Cochrane, Alberta. Our restaurant is a unique experience offering weekend buffets, full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, as well as being open 24 hours a day. Our meals are prepared from scratch using homemade recipes with quality and flavor as our main focus. Employees will learn multiple cooking techniques, food preparation, along with a diversity of day-to-day operations.

We are currently hiring assistant managers (Full time/Permanent) with the following qualities :

  • A solid background of operating inside of a professional kitchen.
  • Extensive experience as a commercial cook.
  • Ability to lead the entire team from cooks, servers, bar tenders, etc.
  • Adherence and guidance in following company procedures.
  • Digital device component..
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in the day to day operations of the Kitchen and staff.
  • Assist on staff scheduling
  • Staff training
  • Problem solving
  • Ensure company procedures are strictly adhered to
  • Ensure high quality meals are prepared and served/delivered
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Required Work Experience

  • Experience in restaurant management essential
  • Previous commercial cooking experience required

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $22.00-$28.00 per hour
