The Group Administration department is a dynamic unit accountable for all aspects of admin related tasks such as new issues, amendments, member maintenance, medical underwriting, and on-line administration training. The Client Management and the delivery of superior customer service is key to all our clients. Along with providing excellent customer service, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the preparation of new issue output for all the new issue group benefit accounts.

In this role you will :

  • Prepare New Issue material and Employee benefit booklets
  • Process updates to benefit booklets
  • Complete Booklet supply requests
  • Prepare written correspondence for Plan Sponsors and Plan Members
  • Maintain and track supply of all administration forms and supplies

For this role you need :

  • Strong analytical skills, organization skills, keyboarding skills, communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Group Benefits insurance terminology would be an asset
  • Comfortable in a team environment, yet able to work independently
