It brings to life critical strategic enablement programs that are focused on improving the team member and customer experience by driving a culture of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter & thought leader who has diverse and broad skill sets, and is flexible and collaborative in nature. Your storytelling skills are compelling, your knowledge of Google Suite is excellent, and you can use these talents to bring a vision to life in multiple mediums - verbal, written and visual. You have a natural ability to form strong, collaborative working relationships and transform the complicated into simple. You are comfortable working with all levels of the organization – including senior executives, and in all levels of project implementation from the strategic to the tactical. You will drive a portfolio supporting strategy & enablement activities for the Chief Information Office. This includes annual planning & development of our strategic priorities, budget performance management and many ad hoc “we’ve never done this before” initiatives. We are a team of “Swiss army knives” that take on a variety of ideas and subjects and we stand them up and put them into action. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the intricacies of the CIO business, engaging with the diverse product and delivery teams that constitute our organization. Additionally, you will hone elite project management and communication skills as you lead a spectrum of programs, ranging from strategic initiatives to operational tasks. Within our dynamic team, portfolios and programs evolve frequently, making adaptability a key trait for the ideal candidate. What you’ll do As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be part of a high profile strategy portfolio which includes the following: Collaborate closely with leaders and partners to develop, articulate and align our strategic roadmap Oversee achievement of annual budget goals by tracking cost-saving initiatives with Director teams and collaborating with Finance and our partner teams to align on results, and effectively communicating risks to our leadership team Work cross-functionally with business partners to curate and host ELT-level business updates, ensuring high quality, facilitating sessions effectively, and driving actions to close Lead new and exciting projects, deep-dive data, drive business analyses/investigations, develop and present insights to senior leaders to support strategic decision making Work with all levels of leadership to create buy-in, alignment and a sense of urgency Incorporate best in class change management in all of our programs and processes as we implement new and different ways of doing things; empathize and incorporate stakeholder feedback while still driving momentum Pivot when adhoc requests come our way and quickly get up to speed by assessing the most effective way to deliver on the request (ie size the prize ) and reprioritizing current deliverables What you bring Compelling Communicator: clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication, including compelling storytelling and visual presentation to executive audiences Relationship Builder: exceptional collaboration, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills Problem Solver: skilled at the fundamentals of taking a problem, examining the challenge through a creative lens, designing innovative recommendations and executing on those recommendations Project Manager: demonstrated facilitation and project management skills including the ability to leverage technology (Google, Data products) to build your own analysis, tools and presentations Driver: balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results; able to move seamlessly from strategy to tactics and from working with senior leaders to frontline leaders Juggler: ability to handle multiple assignments with constant reprioritization while driving major projects to successful completion Great to haves University degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science Telecommunication/technology knowledge or experience Google Suite proficiency
