Sales Associate (Ski, Bike, Run)

Adventure365 is a locally

• owned and operated Outdoor Adventure Store that specializes in Ski, Bike and Run. The Bike and Ski Technician is a crucial part of the Adventure365 team. This position requires you to repair, problem solve and assist our customers (and sometimes sales team!) with their equipment-related issues. This is a fun and challenging position that allows you to share your love of bikes and skis with customers and co-workers alike.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the maintenance, assembly, and delivery of bikes, skis and other related products.
• Work in a fast paced and fun environment.
• Bike, Ski, Snowboard, Nordic servicing.
• Provide excellent customer service experiences and quality service repairs.
• Responsible for service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling appointments for repairs and completing repairs in a timely manner.
• Advise and assist customers with their product selection without bias.
• Communicate with store manager regarding repair and warranty part needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Skill Requirements :

• Previous bike and ski mechanic experience and knowledge is a must.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workday, multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well.
• Ability to create an excellent customer and team experience.
• Good time management skills.
• A sense of urgency and ability to hustle.
• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

Salary Range : $18-$25 / hour based on experience
