As an RV Sales Manager at Owasco RV, you will lead our dynamic sales team in promoting and selling our extensive lineup of RVs. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence within the sales department.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of RV sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing inventory turnover.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in RV sales or automotive sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Knowledge of RV products, features, and specifications (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Salary : $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:

  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
